This adapter fits .578″×28 RH threaded barrels, when installed allows the use of most 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel devices or accessories. To install it, all you have to do is un-screw your .578″×28 RH barrel cap, brake or other device/accessory and then replace it with this adapter which will give you a 5/8″×24 RH male thread on the end of the barrel. You are now ready to attach any device/accessory that fits the 5/8″×24 RH thread that is commonly found on muzzle devices. Adapter is High Quality 4140 Steel with Black Oxide Finish.
