Varmint and Bull barrel thread protector. This is a machined thread protector .625″ long, with a fluted 1″ O.D. Designed to fit Bull and Varmint Barrels or Adapters, threaded with 5/8″-24 Threads Per Inch. Don’t run the risk of damaging the threads when muzzle accessories are not being used. Packaged by the manufacturer Hughes Precision Products. Please measure the length of the thread on your barrel or adapter to be sure that 5/8″ LONG will cover your thread.  Protective Cap is 4140 Steel with a Blued Finish.  Approximate dimensions are 1″ OD x .625″ OAL.
