M13.5×1 LH (female) to 5/8″×24 RH (male) Thread Adapter – SKU#049
This adapter fits metric M13.5×1 LH threaded barrels, when installed allows the use of most 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel devices or accessories. To install it, all you have to do is un-screw your M13.5×1 LH barrel cap, brake or other device / accessory and then replace it with this adapter which will give you a 5/8″×24 RH male thread on the end of the barrel. You are now ready to attach any device/accessory that fits the 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel that is commonly used on the larger .30 caliber guns. Adapter is High Quality 4140 Steel with Black Oxide Finish.

Many thanks to Hughes Precision. Quality product exactly as specified shipped fast. I have a neighbor with equipment to home make these items, but for $20 why bother. Will definitely use Hughes again.
