This adapter fits 1/2″×28 LEFT HAND threaded barrels ( NOT YOUR STANDARD 1/2-28 ) *** IF YOU AREN’T LOOKING SPECIFICALLY FOR THE LEFT HAND, THIS ISN’T THE ADAPTER YOU NEED ***  When installed allows the use of most 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel devices or accessories.To install it, all you have to do is unscrew your 1/2″×28 LH barrel cap, brake or other device/accessory and then replace it with this adapter which will give you a 5/8″×24 RH male thread on the end of the barrel. You are now ready to attach any muzzle device/accessories that fits the 5/8″×24 RH threaded barrel that is commonly used on .30 caliber guns. Adapter is High Quality 4140 Steel with Black Oxide Finish
